Do you have an appointment with an authority (e.g. the Foreigners' Registration Office) ahead of you at which critical questions will have to be clarified? If you live in Germany, wish to register your residence or a business, then you will inevitably have contact with various authorities. I will be pleased to accompany you to your appointment as legal and moral support and ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible and that the officials' questions are answered in your favour. For official visits within Düsseldorf and a radius of 25 km, I charge a flat rate of 250,00 €. I charge € 0.50 per kilometre for accompanying you to authorities further away.

Those who wish to obtain a residence permit or register a trade in Germany must first register at the Residents' Registration Office (Einwohnermeldeamt) in the city of residence. Unless you complete this formality, an authority will usually not consider itself responsible for your application for a residence permit or almost all of your other concerns. If you wish to register your residence in Germany because you do not have the time to do so or would prefer to avoid direct contact with the authorities, you are welcome to instruct me to do so. In order to do so, you need to give me a written power of attorney, hand over or send me a landlord's confirmation or proof of your residential property as well as your national passport beforehand. I will be pleased to fill out all official forms for you, so that you only have to sign them. For residence registrations within Düsseldorf, I charge a flat rate of 200,00 €. For accompanying you to authorities further away, I charge € 0.50 per kilometre driven as well as a fee of € 50.00/hour for travel times.
